When Stan Kishner (keyboards), Noel MacCarry (sax) and John Krieger (guitar) retired, they each joined the Danbury Men’s Club.  There they met each other and discovered their shared love of music.  They started jamming together and played gigs as SJK Jazz. The addition of vocalist Wendy Matthews brought focus to the popular tunes of the Great American Songbook, as well as many well-known jazz standards.
